1. Acceptance of Terms

By using JewelForce 360™, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.


2. Services Overview

JewelForce 360™ provides:

  • Employee Attendance Management
  • Leave & Payroll Management
  • HR Administration Tools
  • Mobile & Web-based Employee Access

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.


3. User Roles & Responsibilities

a. Organization / Admin

  • Responsible for managing employee data
  • Must ensure accuracy of all information entered
  • Responsible for assigning user roles and permissions

b. Employees / Users

  • Must provide accurate personal information
  • Responsible for maintaining login credentials
  • Must not misuse the system or attempt unauthorized access


4. Account Security

  • Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility
  • Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized access


5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
  • Upload harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.)
  • Misuse employee data or violate privacy rights

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.


6. Data Ownership

  • The organization (client) owns all employee and company data
  • JewelForce 360™ acts as a data processor
  • We do not claim ownership of your data


7. Subscription & Payments

  • Services may be offered on a subscription basis
  • Fees, billing cycles, and plans will be defined separately
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension


8. Service Availability

  • We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages
  • Use of the platform is at your own risk


10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms
  • Restrict access without prior notice if misuse is detected

Users may also discontinue use at any time.


11. Intellectual Property

  • All software, design, branding, and content belong to JewelForce 360™ / Headway Business Solutions LLP
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission


12. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, notifications). We are not responsible for their policies or performance.
